The utilization of the hanging basket as a construction tool is gaining popularity due to its ability to replace conventional scaffolding. This innovative tool not only minimizes the labor-intensive nature of construction work but also enhances productivity. Additionally, its reusable nature makes it a cost-effective solution. Currently, the utilization of hanging baskets has become a prevailing trend in various high-altitude tasks such as exterior wall construction, installation of curtain walls, moisturizing construction, and maintenance and cleaning of high-rise and multi-story buildings' exteriors. The building curtain wall industry particularly relies on these baskets during the installation process. Their significance as indispensable equipment cannot be overstated.

Currently, the majority of hanging baskets available in the market are constructed using steel materials. However, these baskets tend to be heavy, resulting in a significant reduction in their effective load capacity. Furthermore, if the basket is positioned too far away from the building's outer wall during construction, it becomes susceptible to wind-induced shaking. This not only compromises the stability of the basket but also creates inconvenience for construction workers carrying out tasks on the building's exterior. On the other hand, if the basket is placed too close to the building's exterior wall, it may come into contact with the wall, leading to frictional damage. Additionally, in the unfortunate event that the basket is abruptly detached from the rope and experiences a sudden landing, there is no adequate cushioning mechanism at the basket's base to mitigate the impact force. This lack of buffering capability poses a considerable risk to the safety of the personnel inside the basket.
